- To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

- Eligibility: You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in resellable condition. This includes products that are unopened and unused.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, or if the product is personalized or custom-made.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Refunds
- Eligibility: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist us in processing the request.
7. Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 1 hours after placing the order. Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
